No. All practices are accessible and guided.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a journal, and an open heart.
Yoga mat, bolster, blocks, blanket, pillow.

Is this suitable if I have injuries or low energy?

The day is primarily Hatha, Yin and Restorative, with options for all bodies.
What if I pay and then unable to attend?
Due to the intimate and carefully prepared nature of this women's wellness retreat, all bookings are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another woman with 72 hours notice.
